WEST COAST REUNION
Come join your Brave Trails family for a fun and queer day at a local Fun Zone! Reconnect with some old friends, meet some new friends, and say hi to your favorite camp staff members!
Brave Trails West Coast Reunion is January 4th, 2025
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (exact location shared upon registration)
Date & Time: January 4th, 2025 12pm - 3:30pm
Tickets: $65
This includes 3 hours of unlimited play, including all rides and attractions (Giant airpark, Obstacle course, Laser tag, Ropes course, Rock wall and Bumper cars!) Lunch is included.

11:30AM-11:45AM: Arrival at location and check in!
Camp staff will be waiting at the entrance where you can turn in your signed waiver and check in. (There will also be Starbucks coffee and snacks to help yourselves to during this time)
11:45AM-12PM: Pre-Play Bio Break and final checkins
Because this event is timed, we highly suggest going to the restroom and handling any bio needs during this time to allow for optimum fun to be had!
12PM-12:30PM: LUNCH TIME!!!
Lunch is already paid for within your ticket cost. Whoo hoo!
At lunch, we’ll all introduce ourselves to each other, play a quick game, and get ready for our day!
12:30PM-3:00PM: PLAY TIME!!!
Enjoy the park! Go on the bumper cars, take on the obstacle course, dominate at laser tag, catch up with a staff member and don't forget to HAVE FUN!
3:00PM-3:30PM: Wrap Up, Group Photos and Goodbyes
So that everyone is able to enjoy themselves and have fun without worrying about capturing it, we have carved out this time to allow for pictures to be taken.
(Note: The passes that we all will have ARE timed passes and the time will expire at exactly 3:30PM.)

Please note, while camp staff will be in attendance and will be around the event throughout the day, this is not a fully supervised event. Attendees will have director phone numbers and access to them throughout the day, but campers will be allowed to go throughout the park without direct supervision during the event. The truddy (or rule of 3) system will be in place.

EAST COAST REUNION
Come join your Brave Trails family for a roller skating palooza! Reconnect with your camp friends, play some pickleball, board games and roller-skate your heart out. We can't wait to see you there!
Brave Trails EAST Coast Reunion is January 4th, 2025

Date & Time: January 4th, 2025 2pm - 5pm
Tickets: $65
Admission includes access to our private rooms adorned with board games, skate rentals, pickleball courts and equipment, and pizza (vegan options will be available if requested)

2:00-2:30pm: Camp staff will be at the entrance waiting for your arrival and to get you checked in
*Waivers must be signed prior to the event or upon arrival, so make sure a parent or guardian signs it. You can find the waiver as you register for the event.
2:30-3:00pm: Lunch! We'll be having pizza for lunch!. Lunch is included in your ticket price. If you want any additional snacks or beverages, please feel free to bring extra money to the event. Please make sure to bring your water bottle as well!
*If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know prior to the event so we can make sure that you get fed
At lunch, we'll be introducing ourselves to each other and get ready for our day!
3:00-5:00pm: Enjoy the reunion! Play in a rousing game of pickleball, roller skate with your friends, or hang out and play some board games in our cabana!
5:00pm: Goodbye and announcements! Say goodbye to your friends and listen up for some exciting announcements about upcoming Brave Trails programs!
